The Team.

J and J Sustainable Weight Loss co-creators are Jason, a Registered Dietitian and Jen, an Executive Wellness Chef.  Between both, they have over three decades (and counting) of experience in the realm of health, wellness and weight loss. Throughout their careers they have helped thousands of people lose weight and improve health through evidence-based habit change. 

Jason is Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with over 15 years of experience working in the realm of health, wellness, and weight loss. Beyond his career as a registered dietitian, Jason also teaches graduate level nutrition classes for a local university. Outside of nutrition Jason enjoys spending time with his young family, reading and getting outside- hiking, backpacking and "re-wilding" around his yard with native plants. Throughout all his experiences one thing remains constant and that is his passion for helping people achieve better health by focusing on what actually works, sustainable habit changes using evidence-based approaches.

Jen is a Certified Executive Chef with a degree in culinary nutrition and has spent the last 18 years of  her career specializing in health and wellness. Working with individuals that have goals to better their overall health in a sustainable effective way. Outside of teaching and cooking healthy Jen keeps herself busy by contracting for both the US Bank Stadium and Huntington Bank Stadium in Minneapolis, MN working with high volumes of food and other great chefs.  She enjoys traveling, both internationally and within the states, trying different foods and exploring other cultures. Jen stays active playing volleyball and training at a local CrossFit gym.
